Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at support@empoweredessentialsco.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and personal-care standards, opened or used personal-care items may not be eligible for return.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
